Apartment Maintenance Technician
POSITION
Summary:
Repairs and maintains all HVAC units, mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds of the property.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
o EPA certification
o Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
o Previous apartment make ready/tech experience preferred
o Ability to lift up to 70lbs
o Ability to climb stairs and ladders
o Must be able to work rotating weekends and after hours emergency calls
o Provide own hand tools
o Pool certification a plus
Must Pass a Drug Screen and Background CheckEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
