Position Summary:
The position is a top merchandising and service project performer, focused on executing reset projects of varying complexity, often in teams. This position demonstrates thorough knowledge of all categories / tasks and is very organized and proficient in their execution of merchandising and service duties. Because of this ability, the individual helps mentor and train his/her less experienced associates, and demonstrates, by example, efficient and effective work habits. The position is responsible for several stores in a geographic area.
Essential Duties & General Responsibilities:
? Primary duties are to lead and participate in the execution of reset projects of varying complexity, typically in small teams.
Doing so, requires these skills:
? Review each project prior to arrival at the store location
? Determining via the Serv-U Execution system, or other means that project pre-requisites have been satisfied
? For team projects, ensure that each member is aware of where they need to be and the specific time
? Participate in the completion of project tasks, in accordance with plan-o-grams, schematics, store layouts and other tools
? Assist other team members with assigned tasks
? Accurately report project results, hours required, and any issues that arise via the Serv-U Execution system
? When requested, gain "sign off" from store management, verifying successful completion
? Maintain positive working relationships with store management, employees & customers
General Responsibilities:
? Demonstrate a high level of merchandising skills, across all categories, both shelf & off shelf displays
? Function as HomeStore Manager in his/her absence, assuring proper staffing and prioritization of work needing completion
? Help train new Reps / cross train Reps in the "Serv-U Way", operating best practices, technology and skills relative to their assignment
? Help "Coach" new Reps, "show them the ropes" and smooth onboarding for the Rep & Serv-U
? Assist in the scheduling of resources to support daily requirements and to maintain flexibility within planned budgets.
? Actively participate in the development of improved training & processes
? May be asked to work on day-to-day service / DSD work based on overall resource capacity
? Special projects as required by the HomeStore Manager or Serv-U management
This position will be measured and compensated based on:
o On Time completion and accurate reporting of service projects
o Quality of service outcomes, including efficient completion of projects
o The knowledge and effectiveness of Sr. Reps and Reps based on thorough and effective training and support
o Maintaining strong working relationships with Meijer store management and Serv-U employees
Desired Education, Skills & Experience
? High School diploma or GED required. Additional education a plus
? At least 2 - 5 years in a service industry, with some supervisory preferred
? Results oriented
? Organized & methodical
? Enjoy learning and change
? Desire to work in a team oriented environment, with respect for all team members
? Ability to communicate effectively, write legibly, follow directions
? Utilize technology - primarily personal devices (smartphones, tablets, PC's)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
