Supplier Quality Administrator
Our client, located in Mishawaka is looking for a Supplier Quality Administrator for a 6+ month contract.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts or a Technical Field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience
Background in SAP, SharePoint, Access, Excel, PLM, etc. preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide Supplier Quality support at the Assembly Plant.

This role includes:
Coordinating and scheduling of supplier kick-off meetings
Entering electronic Sample Submissions (from submission data location) into the APQP SharePoint database
Creating and maintaining APQP records in SharePoint
Searching PLM and Share Drives for prints
Assist SQE's and performing APQP
Contact suppliers when supplemental submission data is required
Extracting submission metrics
Preparing Bill of Materials lists based on Supplier Portal information and following up on missing documents.
Data entry and daily report generation required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
