Material Handling Supervisor
Our client, located in Mishawaka, is looking for a Material Handling Supervisor. This is going to be a temporary position, length unknown.
In this position, the Supervisor is responsible for the following:
Coordinating the activities of material handling employees in the performance of their duties
Providing direction and leadership toward the attainment of departmental metrics.
Elimination of material line shortages through teamwork and communication to all relevant levels of the organization.
Act as a mentor to fellow supervisors stressing teamwork and coordination of departmental activities.
Completion of special projects as assigned.
Education and Requirements:
Associates degree preferred
2-5 years' experience as a Supervisor within a union environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
