We seek an accomplished, technical professional who can impact IT initiatives at our facility in Mishawaka, a beautiful suburb of South Bend, IN. You will provide innovative solutions that will enable the tactical direction of Bayer HealthCare Customer Logistics Service Center data warehousing and subsequent reporting within Bayer Healthcare; drive business intelligence and reporting to all levels of the organization via the proper use of tools and development of a skilled network of key users; and coordinate data quality in an open architecture environment. This involves participating in implementation of BI systems; training users; leading the strategies behind data warehousing; standardizing data structures and metadata; creating dashboards with actionable data; analyzing reporting tools; defining/evaluating ad hoc reports; and providing other important support to the BI goals function.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have a minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related analytical field and 4-6 years of expertise supporting users of business intelligence data, datamarts, data warehouses, or similar experience with data architectures and BI tools. An emphasis in the logistics, sales, or customer service environment of a consumer goods company is desired. Must demonstrate the ability to offer innovative and creative solutions. We prefer candidates with experience in various supply chain functions (planning/forecasting, order management, pick, pack, ship and billing.)
