This hospital has 550,000 cleanable square feet that was constructed a few years ago. Sodexo has been a long term client providing Food Serviceand this is for a new sale supporting the roll out of Environmental Services.
Sodexo is seeking a 2nd shift Custodial Manager that will supervise 25hourly staffproviding custodial/housekeeping support to the hospital. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager. The hours for the position are from 2pm - 12am Monday through Friday, with some holidays and weekends. The successful candidate may be asked to provide support to other shifts as the business dictates. This is a high energy, fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.
