Perform various tasks in the field, including power washing, material movement, and general labor.
Lead by example:
Uphold the CORE values, guide and provide instruction to newer team members.
Master of tools:
Demonstrate proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, light equipment and some heavy equipment, while upholding safety protocols.
Safety champion:
Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and proper use of safety equipment.
Knowledge hub:
Share your expertise and serve as a resource for other team members.
Who You Are:
Experienced individual:
Experience working in industrial settings and in a TEAM environment.
Safety-focused:
Ideal candidate has a record free on significant safety violations or incidents.
Adaptable and resourceful:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively while applying creative problem solving to achieve exceptional results.
Strong work ethic:
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
