Prepare correspondence and communication for the Vice President, Management Department and Marketing Department when necessary Manage operational items for lease up checklists and participate in weekly lease up calls until all operational items are completed Prepare management agreements and management plans as requested by the Real Estate Finance department Assist in creating training materials and deliver webinar and in person training as applicable Preparation of Monthly Results, including the audits required to obtain the information Assist DOM in preparation, sending and tracking of snow and lawn contracts.
Assist Management/Marketing in preparing office set-up materials for all new and acquired properties Prepare property start up kits for acquisitions Assist VP and DOM with budget tracking and submission to owners Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies Reports to:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or G.
E.
D.
