Our Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for the following:
Support property staff with excellent customer service, driving adequate and optimized leads Build, manage, coach a high performing marketing team with customer-centric values Understand, teach and reevaluate marketing KPIs Responsible for planning, designing, developing and implementing policies related to the organization's marketing activities Develops market objectives and strategies and monitors performance against goals Directs activities such as market research, brand management, advertising and promotion and new product development Develop, implement and monitor company-wide retention programs Track renewal goals and develop strategies to maximize resident retention Initiate and evaluate mystery shops of site staff Author and organize training systems, procedure manuals and supporting documentation for training programs and systems in accordance with Sterling requirements Conduct needs assessments/instructional analysis to ensure conformity with mission training objectives and develops training plans as needed Conduct instructional program training and evaluate training review criteria Routine training may include semi-monthly Property Management training classes, Regional Director training classes and Leasing Specialist training Develop and present periodic training for Corporate staff and on-site training as needed Perform all the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies Don't sell yourself short.
Our Director of Marketing must have the following
Qualifications:
BA in Marketing preferred Minimum 5 years' experience in property management Must possess strong rigorous analytical skills and creativity Know, understand and adhere to data privacy laws federally and in each individual state Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively Must be a critical thinker and leader in strategy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively teach in a classroom setting and one-on-one Frequent ability to travel required WE Together, we can help develop a great career for you.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
