$60K - $75K JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Manages a staff by communicating job expectations.
Plans and monitors production goals.
Appraises, coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
Maintains workflow by monitoring the manufacturing process.
Contributes to team effort by completing tasks as needed.
Must be able to understand written work instructions.
Must be willing to learn how to set up machines.
Maintains ISO 9001:
2015 quality standards by teaching awareness and constant monitoring of quality.
Maintains safe and clean work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to stand 8 -10 hours daily.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Microsoft Office experience necessary (Word, Excel, Outlook) Corrective Action and root cause analysis Qualifications needed:
5 years of manufacturing experience 5 years of Supervisory experience in manufacturing Must have a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
High degree of interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of business.
